As you enter our welcoming atmosphere, prepare to be greeted by our famous rhum punch, a refreshing introduction to the rhum-filled adventure that awaits.

A tour guide will walk you through our 6000 sq. ft. distillery.

You will learn a little history of rum making in the Caribbean.

After that you will see our blending process and how we expertly bottle our handcrafted rhums.

Step into our lab and gain insight into our rigorous quality control measures, ensuring that every drop of our artisanal products meets the highest standards of excellence.

Your fun and knowledgably guide will give you a hands-on tour as you learn a little history of rum and a behind the scenes look at how we ferment, distill, blend and expertly bottle our handcrafted rums.

Following the tour you will be invited to our tasting bar where you be welcome to taste all of our artisanal products.

Enjoy unlimited tastings of our six signature rums and taste our famous rum cake and even get a sneak peek at our 100+ innovative flavored rhums, and try some of flavors that are in development.

In our barrel aging room, experience how to properly nose and taste rum, savoring the unique flavors that define our brand.

In addition to the OG flavors, indulge your senses with a tantalizing array of unique rhum flavors, meticulously crafted in small batches to tantalize your taste buds with unparalleled depth and complexity.

From classic favorites to rare specialties found nowhere else in the world, each sample offers a glimpse into the rich tapestry of Caribbean rhum culture. Spiced, Coconut, Soursop, Peanut Butter, Cotton Candy and even Habanero flavor!

You will even have the opportunity to bottle your very own Topper’s Rhum to take home!

After your guided tour you will have time to shop for unique St. Maarten gifts, signature rums, and limited edition specialty rums that are only available for purchase at the distillery.
