Cruise Ship Passengers

Upon disembarkation, please locate the Water Taxi Boarding entrance. Do NOT board the water taxi, but with your ship behind you, follow the row of shops to the very end, keeping the ocean to your left.

You will come to the perimeter green wire fence, a security booth, and a walk way to the unpaved EDC bus parking area. Visible from this points is the white canvas tent. Your Twin Island Excursion representative will await you under the white canvas tent. This is approx 10 min walk from your ship. Hotel guests will be picked up at their hotel.

Airport Passengers

Once you have reclaimed your baggage, proceed to the arrival hall. Exit the arrival hall and a Twin Island Excursions rep will await you with a sign baring your name.

Please note: If you are unable to make it to the meeting area within one hour after the arrival of your flight for whatever reason, please be so kind to call on +1 721 580 7594 or +1 721 526 2341 so we know you have arrived but is being delayed or is unable to locate our rep.

Hotel Guests

Hotel guests will be picked in the foyer of their hotel.

Hotel pickup times may be different from times indicated on our web site which mainly caters to cruise passengers. We should indicate the correct pickup time for your hotel when we confirm your booking.
